Please follow these steps to download and install remote support for us to help you with your technical issue.

3. Now run the installer and choose Next on the first screen.
4. Next on the second screen.
5."I Agree" on the third screen.
6."Typical" on the forth screen.
7."Check the box" on the "Power Management" screen.
8."Next" on the Location screen.
9.If any User account control window pops up answer YES.
10. Click "finish" to complete the installation.
